P3
The equipment we used in our filming:
- Camera: AX-53 4k Camcorder with 5-axis Stabilisation
- Microphone: Rode GO
- Tripod: Amazon Basic
- Elgato Pop Up Greenscreen
- Phone on Phone Holder
The AX-53 is a high-quality 4k camera that has stabilization to improve the quality of the shots this camera is practically ideal for this script as we want to have the best possible quality shots we can make. We also used a radio Grip which allowed unto take stable shots and panning shots for the forest scenes. There was also a phone holder that is attached to the Grip to allow us to follow the script whilst we shot it. The camera was also set in Full manual mode meaning that it allows the camera, giving it the most creative control possible.
The Elgato green screen was used once and at the end of filming. It allowed us to film George looking into the sky whilst having the green screen in front of him which we will later on remove and add the matte painting. The Green screen came in a long metallic box and was on pop up system meaning that it can be pulled up and locked for easy use.
We used a standard school tripod for two of the days and Joes personal tripod for one of the days to allow us to get steady panning shots or establishing shots with George standing looking at the drone from afar.

Following the script
We followed the script the entire way of the recording. The actual lines of the character we stuck to, but we may have altered the actual actions of the characters a couple of the scenes for the better of the scene. But for the most part the script should almost copy the final product.
Following safe work practices
During our filming we made sure that we didn’t disturb or put any in danger during the filming of the scenes, by not going near the rail way track or climbing the fence onto the area of the train or neither did we leave the school premises, by going onto any roads or possibly trespassing onto anyone's property.
We also filled out a recce for the two locations and risk assessments about the possible dangers that may come up in our filming time in the woods
Following the production process
We followed our production process well by planning our filming sessions, like for example our scenes have a point where Yuri takes a pill and wakes uptake next day so we filmed one half of the script on one day and one on another.
The Production was professional in the way that we took multiple shots meaning that if we had a bad clip we didn’t need to re-film because we would surely have a good one. But overall our process was good and allowed us to put together our film professionally and quickly

After Roughcut
After the rough cut we will be creating our Drones using a mixture of Maya and after effects and then add that in the final product.
We will also be creating an Opening title sequence also using a mixture of premier pro and after effects to create a sequence of credits.
And lastly, we have our matte painting which we have designed on photoshop and will be added to the final scene via after effects and using the video of George standing in front of the green screen.
